Armour

Armour is divided into five ballistic tiers, each offering different levels of Defence and Ballistic protection. Every slot you wear contributes to your overall resistance — an empty slot is a noticeable weak point. You can repair armour at the dedicated sign at spawn for $50 per portion of durability.

There are two stats that matter:

Defence — reduces raw damage taken. Most effective against low-penetration weapons such as SMGs and pistols.
Ballistic — reduces the effectiveness of incoming penetration. If a weapon's penetration is too low compared to your ballistic rating, the damage can be almost completely negated.

Armour Tiers

Tier	Armour Sets	Level	Description
1	WWII Armour, Black Trousers	1	Very low ballistic protection and defence. A decent starting set for farming NPCs, though you will still take significant damage.
2	French GIGN	6	Low ballistic protection but high defence. Effective against low-calibre weapons such as SMGs and pistols.
3	Spetsnaz, Marine (Lv 20), German KSK (Lv 36), British SAS (Lv 56)	20–56	Solid all-round protection. Good ballistic and defence ratings that will stop a sniper headshot. British SAS offers a minor defence increase over the others.
4	Juggernaut	63	Very high ballistic protection and defence. SMGs and pistols will deal almost no damage. Weapons with high damage and penetration, such as the M60 and FN SCAR, are the most effective counter.
5	Bulldozer	—	Not buyable from shops. The chestplate is obtainable through Tasks, and the remaining pieces are exclusive to events. Provides the highest ballistic protection and defence in the game, making you nearly invulnerable to gunfire. Explosives remain a significant threat.
